The pilot experimenton flue gas desulfurization using activated semi-coke

摘要
A flue gas desulfurization adsorbent was prepared from lignite semi-coke modified chemically by high-pressure hydrothermal chemistry, HNO3 oxidation and N-2 ambience calcination. The pilot experiment on coal refuse-fired power station flue gas desulfurization rising this activated semi-coke adsorbent was carried out at flue gas conditions (90degreesC desulfurization temperature, 800 h(-1) space velocity, 9.5% - 14.8% v/v O-2, 8% v/v (HO)-O-2, 500 - 3000 ppmv SO2, and 90degreesC regeneration temperature, water scrubbing regeneration) at the Coal Refuse-Fired Power Station of Shanxi Xishan Coal and Electricity Co.. The test result shown that there are no apparent reduction in the desulfurization activity of the activated semi-coke adsorbent after 10 desulfurization and regeneration cycles and the its total sulfur removal capacity has reached 128. 76 % for a total run of 30 days. This research gives reliable data for activated semi-coke adsorbent desulfurization demonstration experiments.
