摘要
This study was conducted between 2015-2018, in the vineyards of SCDVV Blaj, which is representative for the vineyards in central Transylvania. This work was aimed at the conservation and management of genetic resources and biodiversity of agroecosystems through the development and promotion of environmentally friendly eco-efficient practices and methods. The conservation and management of genetic resources and biodiversity of vine agroecosystems have been studied in two technological variants: technological variant presenting the risk of pollution - the conventional plant protection technology for viticulture based on the use of plant protection products with high ecological risk - V-2; agroecological variant with low risk of pollution - modern technology with low impact on the environment, based on the protection of crops by using technologies to maximise the natural factors of control, especially the biodiversity of useful fauna in the studied ecosystems - V-1. The insect population coming from the conventional version has shown a decrease in biodiversity in the case of the treatment with a high impact on the environment, compared to the agroecological technology with low pollution risk. In order to reconstruct the predatory insect/harmful insect biological balance, and preserve and consolidate the genofond of useful species, several agroecological technologies for controlling the agents for damaging diseases and pests were tested, aiming at maximising the natural control factors and promoting non-chemical methods such as: prophylactic, preventive, agro-technical and bio-ecological measures that can reduce and keep harming agents at a tolerable level.
