摘要
Three low-cost standard lab chemicals, formic acid, mesyl chloride and triethylamine, were used for instant carbon monoxide (CO) generation at room temperature. Subsequently this gas was implemented in palladium-catalysed aminocarbonylation chemistry. Moreover, C-13-enriched formic acid was used as one of the most economical CO precursors for C-13-carbonyl labelling.
