Teamwork Online Learning from the experience

The ability to work in teams is critical in IT. While traditional teamwork might include the expectation of face-to-face meetings, online interactions reflect the distributed environment that is becoming more common in the workplace. This paper will explore how structured analytic reflection on their own team experiences in an online course can enhance student collaborative skills.
