摘要
In this study, the elemental chlorine free (ECF) bleaching sequences of oxygen delignification (O), first-stage chlorine dioxide (D-0), alkaline extraction (E) and second-stage chlorine dioxide (D-1) were chosen to bleach the mulberry branch kraft pulp. The results showed that the optimum NaOH dosage in O stage was 4% and the optimum ClO2 dosage in D-0 stage was 1.5%. Finally, the pulp was bleached to a brightness of above 88%ISO through E stage with an addition of 1% NaOH and 0.5% H2O2 followed by D-1 stage with an addition of 1.5% ClO2.
