摘要：
With the rapid development of property services enterprise, there are a lot of disputes among the property service enterprises, proprietor owners property developers, it will help the property service enterprises to mold the well image and improve various relations when the public relations theories are used. this paper analyzes the elements of public relations, points out the importance effects on the property service enterprise, preliminary studies the property services enterprises how to effectively utilize the public relations theory and some rationalize suggestions are proposed on this base.
