The relationship between enterprise's life cycle and organizational innovation

摘要：
The paper expounds the fact on studying the current situation and deficiency of this field both at home and abroad synthetically based on enterprise's life cycle and describes the logical relationship between enterprise's life cycle and organizational innovation. On this basis, it carries on quantitative analysis to the relationship. It uses function method of flex point to study the functional relationship between them initiatively and regards this method as the division standard of enterprise's life cycle. Finally, this paper takes Hewlett-Packard as an example and states the relationship between enterprise's life cycle and organizational innovation.
