摘要
A chemoattractant of Ralstonia solanacearum isolated from the activated charcoal-adsorbed fraction of tomato root exudates was identified as ethyl ss-D-glucopyranoside by instrumental analyses and comparison with synthetic preparations. Ethyl ss-D-glucopyranoside showed unambiguous activity at above 1 mu mol/disc. Its stereoisomers and D-glucose were inactive.
