摘要：
The wheat straw pulp was always bleached by conventional process which could lead to more pollution. The short sequence QZP bleaching of wheat straw ethanol pulp was researched. After ozone pulping, the KMnO(4) value of unbleached wheat straw alcohol pulp decreased from 18.2 to 3.0, the brightness increased from 26.4%ISO to 60%ISO, and the DP decreased from 675 to 650. In the condition of pulp concentration 12%, C(6)H(5)Na(3)O(7) dosage 1%, the optimal bleaching condition is H(2)O(2) dosage 3%, NaOH dosage 1.8%, bleaching temperature 70 degrees C, bleaching time 120min. After alkaline H(2)O(2) added bleaching, the properties of the pulp are Kappa value 3.0, brightness 82.1, and DP 635.
