摘要：
The article presents the recommendations for portfolio investors concerning the estimation of the investment attractiveness level of machine-building enterprises within the "investor - recipient" system. Recommendations are based on the portfolio investor's analysis of such components as financial state of an enterprise, its clients, innovative activity and qualificational compliance of an enterprise's personnel.
