摘要：

The ideal parameters of steel Crl2mov was found under the effect of impulse electric field. Through the corresponding experiments of the new technology, the better ball body of the steel Crl2mov organization had been obtained, while the steel Crl2mov annealing temperature had been reduced, the holding time shortened, the hardness lowed 60 HBS comparable to ordinary annealed. The steel Crl2mov machining performance was better improved.
