摘要
An optical add-drop multiplexer (OADM) is demonstrated by integrating silicon waveguide optical circulators and a waveguide Bragg reflector. Two magneto-optical circulators and one vertical groove grating Bragg reflector is successfully integrated on a silicon-on-insulator platform to achieve optical add and drop operations with a 10-nm wavelength band.
