摘要：
On the basis of the theory that the international capital flow influences technology, this article establishes a FDI technology transfer system. And then investigate causality between FDI and TR for Chinese industry. The results show that there is single causality from FDI to TR and there is no co-integration between FDI and TR. These results will provide some suggestions for China to utilize foreign capitals effectively.
