摘要：
Facing the new domestic and international conditions, modern architecture enterprise is confronted with many problems, like speeding up the transformation and upgrading, developing and implementing innovation strategy. We can analyze the strategic environment of the reform and development carried out on our country modern architecture enterprise with SWOT model. The conclusion shows the architecture enterprises can renew, only when they carry out KM by making full use of Big Data, improve themselves information management level and environmental strain capacity with BIM, and create enterprise-self core competitive ability.
