摘要：
The competency approach in training of future engineers is a subject already installed in higher education institutions. While a profuse bibliography exists, the way in which the model is put into practice is exhaustively described in a few cases. This paper describes the implementing the development of competences articulated with the early development of skills and abilities in the Chemical Engineering Career Program at the Universidad Nacional del Chaco Austral.
