Study on the Rationality of Location Selection of Affordable Housing in Harbin Based on AHP-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

摘要
Affordable housing has become an effective way to resolve the housing problems of middle-low income families; however, the housing condition remains to be improved. On the basis of the location theory, this paper analyzed the factors influencing the selection of construction location for affordable houses and set up the evaluation index system. Using AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the paper scored the location of sampling affordable houses locating in 8 different areas of Harbin, and evaluated the rationality of their construction locations. Finally, the paper gave proposals for the selection of locations of affordable housing.
