摘要
With the continuous progress of society and the rapid development of economy in our country, the internal environment of human resources in enterprises has also changed. In this case, the establishment of human resource management system, and the strengthening of management and supervision to enterprise employees, help employees do their duties and responsibilities consciously, so as to help enterprise to achieve greater economic benefits, and create greater value. In the day-to-day management of the enterprise, the related personnel should give full consideration to the contributions of employees in human resource activities and the role of employees, stand in the angle of better development of enterprises, from the needs of employees, to give full play to the effectiveness of the work of human resources management. This paper takes the work of human resources management of enterprise as the object of study, and mainly analyzes the impact of human resource management on employee's performance. With the deepening of the reform of the enterprise system, our country has entered the era of economic globalization, at the same time, the external environment and internal environment of human resources are both changing. Therefore, in order to better conform to the trend of the times, enterprises must strengthen the strict management to staff actively, and carry on the thorough research to the internal workforce of enterprise, the daily behavior of employees as well as the working attitude, the nature of work, and so on, understand the employer employee relationship existed in human resource management([1]), according to the current actual development situation of the enterprise, formulate reasonable and effective human resources management system in time, strengthen strict supervision to staff, correctly understand the relationship between human resources and employee's performance, and carry on discussion to the impact of human resource practices on employee's performance, so as to promote the smooth development of the work of human resources management actively on the basis of improving work efficiency of personnel.
