摘要
In order to improve the economic performance of the whole network and its all participants in collaborative logistics, the collaboration mechanism and a network model were put forward. Based on the elements and relationship of logistics activities, the collaboration mechanism between logistics network nodes was described by internal and external activities of the nodes. Then resource sharing constraint, activity cost and production value were analyzed. On base of this, a mathematic model was built up to optimize collaborative logistics network composed of many nodes. Finally, example illustration was given to study outsourcing logistics and collaboration between members of different kind. The result illustrates synergistic effect and win-win benefit of logistics collaboration, which also validates the collaboration mechanism and network model in this paper. So the research lays a theory foundation for actualizing collaborative logistics.
