摘要
In this paper, the technology of simultaneous electron beam melting of the titanium alloy wire of Ti-6Al-4V and TiC powder was developed. The effect of 3D printing parameters on the microstructure and mechanical properties of TiCx/Ti-6Al-4V composites was also investigated. Simultaneous feeding of the Ti-6Al-4V wire and the TiCx/Ti-6Al-4V mechano-composite leads to a change in the microstructure of the 3D-printed samples. Such a change in the microstructure leads to a significant increase in the microhardness and mechanical characteristics under tension. The maximum ultimate tensile strength (950 MPa) and ductility (6%) are achieved with the introduction of the mechano-composite TiC15wt%/Ti-6Al-4V.
