摘要
This work presents an experimental verification of the ECAE deformation models (route A) proposed by Iwahashi et al. This verification has been realized following a direct observation of the changes in the extruded sample shape. A continuous evolution of the cross-section of aluminum quadratic specimens was followed during the extrusion operations. A good agreement was found between theoretical considerations and experimental ones.
