摘要
Proposed a method of 3D reconstruction on the segmentation of breast and tumor. Firstly, the contour of the breast is extracted by use of the combination method of Otsu and region growing. Secondly, the level set based on energy and gradient is made to segment the tumor exactly from breast. Finally, volume rendering is selected to deal with the segmentation results and ray casting method based on the bounding box with a combination of VTK library is adopted to realize the reconstruction. Experiments show that the proposed method has a good segmentation result and provides a more vivid 3D visual effect for doctors.
