摘要
Influence of hydrogen alloying on structure and deformation mechanism of high-strength titanium alloys VT22I and Ti-10-2-3 at the room temperature was investigated. It was found that alloys containing 0,3-0,4% wt. of hydrogen are deformed by means of compression and rolling on more than 80% without intermediate annealing. Further heat treatment of deformed alloys in air atmosphere or vacuum may form different types of structure providing both high ductility and high strength properties. Hydrogenization alloys can be used for production sheets by cold rolling and cold stamping at the room temperature with further strengthening during hydrogen removing by vacuum annealing.
