Increasing pressure from various institutions and organisations to take into account the environmental elements of activities carried out by companies has led to the spread of the green idea throughout the supply chain, which in turn resulted in an increase in the importance of green supply chain management solutions. Given that the development and implementation of various measures in this field is indispensable for achieving long-term targeted benefits, the aim of the research was to explore the relation between green supply chain management and multiple benefits perceived by a logistics organisation and their application in practice, after analysing the green supply chain management processes, their optimisation and employee participation in these processes. The carried out research has revealed that the attitudes of the managers of a logistics organisation toward green supply chain management also depend on the size of the organisation. The larger the company, the more likely it is to use a wider range of tools and be less sensitive to negative impact on the customer supply chain.
