摘要：
This study mainly explored and discussed the background and crucial factors of entrepreneurship on Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Taiwan. For figuring out the entrepreneurship of SMEs, this research adopted cases study and in-depth interviews to extract the concepts of six companies' founders through semi-structured questionnaires. Several propositions were proposed, and the results released that the individual factor was the crucial part among the four contributing factors. Research also examined the main dimensions of entrepreneurship for analyzing the theoretical basis.
