摘要
In this paper the author adopted psychological testing, statistical analysis and other research methods to study Tai Chi teaching on the impact of mental health of university students After the statistical analysis on the mental health of the students before and after the Tai Chi exercises, the author concluded as follows After tai chi exercises, the numbers of Impulsive and hostile actions of college students have been greatly decreased Tai Chi exercises will help students to gradually accept the slow pace of a certain behavior, it will also help students to reduce the stress reaction and to improve their mental health In this study, the author conducted an experiment on the sophomores who take Tat Chi teaching as selective course The study focuses its attention on the relationship between the mental health and Tai Chi exercises This study offers ground for the college to practically set up the project of Tai Chi teaching It also offers ground about whether students could Improve their mental health through Tai Chi exercises This study also suggests that universities can carry out Tai Chi as a compulsory sport
