摘要：
An uncommon intestinal protozoan parasite was implicated in three cases of colitis in Pacific Northwest cats. Pentatrichomonas hominis was identified in the stools of three Pixie-Bob cats in this preliminary report of an unusual disease syndrome. The purpose of this report is not so much to champion P. hominis as a feline pathogen, as to alert other practitioners to the existence of this atypical disease presentation.
