Design and Implementation of Personnel Recruitment System in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on SSH2

In order to improve the efficiency of talent recruitment in higher vocational colleges, this paper designs and implements an object-oriented personnel recruitment management information system based on the actual work in recruitment. The system adopts Java language and Sqlserver 2016 database, which is developed on J2EE platform based on SSH (struts + Spring + Hibernate). According to the principles of software engineering and UML. We also provide the corresponding flow chart, use case diagram and sequence diagram of the website function module, and elaborate the technical implementation process of each function module design. Finally, through the actual system running test, the feasibility and stability of the scheme are proved, which basically meets the user's expected goal.
