This paper analyses the status of China's economic development and the role of small and medium enterprise, which reflects the economical cause of small and medium enterprise clusters: On this basis, the paper puts forward some suggestions and comments to China's development. of small and medium sized enterprises and regional. innovation in response to China's characteristics and national conditions.
