摘要
The problem of the optimal retirement age in the population aging society has always been the focus of the experts and scholars, while looking for an appropriate measurement method has become the key. In this paper, the measurement methods of domestic and foreign scholars about the optimal retirement age have been reviewed and summarized. The deficiencies were also commented. And combing national conditions with the policy of gradual delay retirement age, the article takes the personal life cycle, the demand preferences, the social security system and economic development into the research category in the process of constructing the model. It presents a hierarchical measurement method of the optimal retirement age, which is designated in accordance with the defined standard career and life cycle. It provides reference basis for choosing the appropriate measurement methods, and prospects the direction of future researches.
