摘要
To investigate the effect of Sanda training on the physical function of college students, we compared Sanda professional and non-students of height, weight, step index, sit-ups, grip strength, vertical jump, sit and reach, one leg standing with eyes closed, and other indicators, and found that regular exercise can promote cardiovascular system, morphology, structure and skills to produce good adaptation, thereby enhanced function of the cardiovascular system. In addition, Sanda exercise can improve the strength quality, enhance the body's flexibility and stability. In this paper, we discussed the fitness function of Sanda training, in order to let more people know about this sport, then participation in Sanda.
