New p-Ary Sequences with Low Correlation and Large Family Size

摘要
For an odd prime p two new families of p ary sequences of period p(n) - 1 are constructed for odd n = 2l + 1 = (2m + 1)e and even n = 2l = 2me respectively. It is shown that for a given integer rho with 1 <= p <= m the proposed sequence families both have maximum correlation magnitude 1 + p(n+2(rho-1)+2) family size (p(n) - 1)p((rho-1)n) + 1 and maximum linear span n(n+3)/2.
