Sphere packings and space filling by congruent simple polyhedra

14-coordinated tetrahedral packings of symmetry-related spheres in which all the holes are tetrahedral are described. The corresponding dual structures with vertices in the holes of the original structure form four connected nets that subdivide space into congruent simple polyhedra. Six tetrahedrally packed sphere packings and seven polyhedron packings are described and coordinates of vertices given. Examples are given of packings of combinations of two or more of the space-filling polyhedra.
