摘要
Based on the relative achievements of complex science, this thesis suggests a method to identify the degree of complexity about a complex technology and discusses the relationship between the innovation form and the complexity degree of a complex technology. It explains a framework that describes the innovation process of complex technology--technology development chain(TDC). According to TDC, different enterprises can take advantage of their owed dominant resources to make innovation in the appropriate technology form through a extendable net structure composed by multi-agents in multi-phases when they are under the conditions of technology complexity and severe competition, for that could improve the interior resources efficiency of enterprises and increase the overall benefits of the technology while keeps the individual independent.
