摘要
The synthesis of nanosized RuB amorphous alloy catalysts supported on carbon nanotubes (CNTs) a chemical reduction method was investigated. The amorphous characteristics of the catalyst were investigated using XRD. Also, transmission electron microscopy was used to analyze the morphologies of the CNTs and the sample alloys. The RuB nanoparticles were deposited on the internal and external surfaces of the CNT with an average particle size of 20 nm. The results show that the catalytic activities of the catalysts for benzene hydrogenation is more than 89%.
