摘要
We use a fiber-taper waveguide to measure the transmission, photoluminescence, photo-darkening, and lifetime from a low density of near-infrared PbS quantum dots integrated with silicon photonic crystal cavities, microdisks, and the taper itself. (C) 2009 Optical Society of America
