摘要
This paper describes the use of UML in the design and implementation of an Object-Oriented platform for the modeling and simulation of hybrid control systems incorporating continuous and sequential subsystems. The model base is a repository of prototypal object classes for the mathematical and graphical representation of continuous elements (equations, transfer functions), sequential elements (Grafcets), and the interactions between these elements. The model base forms the input to the Hybrid Simulator which includes an Equation Simulator, a Grafcet Simulator and a Graphical User Interface for the construction of block diagrams and other model elements. The simulation environment is implemented in JAVA and uses the technique of multi-threading for the concurrent execution of the Equation and Grafcet simulators.
