摘要：
The college English teaching in China has experienced a more or less education innovation after years of education reform, it has become the direction and goal of college English teaching reform to develop the students into talents with English comprehensive application ability, implement the new teaching mode through combining the computer and college English class to cultivate the students' autonomous learning ability in the current education environment. We should adhere to the scientific college English teaching reforms concept, cultivate the innovation awareness of the English teachers, understand the human quality of the college English course, construct a harmonious language ecology to improve the teaching quality.
