摘要
Trypanosomosis caused by Trypanosoma evansi is an important haernaprotozoan infection occurring in the tropical and sub-tropical region of the world. There are few reports of natural infection with T evansi in dogs (Losos, 1986). Dogs are very susceptible and usually experience acute fatal infection with T. evansi (Mahmoud and Gray, 1980). One-year study was carried out with the objective of month wise, breed and sex wise prevalence of Trypanosomosis caused by T evansi in canine in Kolkata City.
