摘要：

The Universitat Jaume I (UJI) of Castellon is teaching a computer tools for communicator's course to three Bachelor's Degrees: Advertising and Public Relations degree, Journalism degree and Audiovisual Communication degree. The subject of this course is a university-style subject related to the use of new technologies and the process of multimedia and hypermedia content creation. In order to improve the Specific, Cognitive and Behavioral Capabilities of the students the Computer Tools for Communicators teachers have set up an educational innovative group to redesign the course to adapt the content to the use of open source tools as it is possible and the Web 3.0. This paper shows the results of innovation project that has been carried out inside the educational innovative group: The new course objectives, the target competencies, the course contents, the assessments, and how the teaching methodology and the resources are used to teach the subject.
