摘要
In this paper we present a new adaptation technique (AMCIT) for the calculation of highly unsteady flows. Because of the time dependence of the investigated problems a dynamic load balancing strategy is required. A special block data structure in AMCIT allows the efficient use of massively parallel machines, and numerical examples were compare on Intel Paragon MP, Gray T3D and GigaBooster.
