摘要：
Transmission system operator (TSO) of France has set up the System Reliability Audit Mission, which is independent from the operational System and Transmission divisions that constitute Réseau de Transport d'Electricité (RTE). This entity is specifically entrusted with making sure that the reliability issue is taken into account as required. Its task consists in pointing out any malfunctions and proposing channels for improvement as regards the modes of operation, the operating rules, and the performances of power system components. The Power System Reliability Audit Mission is responsible for two main complementary activities, which consists carrying out power system reliability audits and drafting of a yearly power system reliability report. The Mission examines the behavior of the other players through their interface with RTE.
