摘要
In this paper, the patch antenna for the PCS and IMT-2000 dual band are studied. In an attempt to enhance the impedance bandwidth, a triangular U-slot patch antenna is proposed that has a L-strip-fed, and it has been experimentally studied. The frequency bandwidth of a triangular U-slot patch antenna can be increased by L-strip-fed structure. The impedance bandwidth (SWR <= 2) of the fabricated single element is 550.6MHz (28.68%). Designed originally for PCS and IMT-2000 service band, the proposed antenna, with its simple structure, may easily be mass-produced and may have various commercial applications.
