摘要
This article deals with the study of agribusiness based on the practices of agricultural production mega-companies of Argentinean origin, which contribute to shaping and consolidating the pillars on which this productive model stands. In particular, the analysis of the productive, commercial and financial practices of these companies -not only in Argentina but also in the other Mercosur countries where they expanded their production- allows us to understand the link between the financial, productive and organizational pillars of this logic of production. Through the study of two cases, Los Grobo Group and El Tejar, we analyze the flexibilization of production and labor these companies promote through their "network" business model, their part in financialization of agriculture, and the relationship of both traits to the concentration processes they facilitate.
