In the context of the expansion of agribusiness in Argentina, this article aims to analyze the strategies implemented by two paradigmatic mega-companies, Adecoagro and Los Grobo, in the administration of labor relations, particularly those regarding their managerial staff. From the theoretical framework of argentinian sociology of management, a qualitative analysis is carried out on secondary sources. The application of the modern management paradigm is identified in a series of devices put into practice in four key areas of work administration: recruitment, organization of labor relations, remuneration and training of workers. Finally, a reflection on the relationship between capital, work and subjectivation in the current stage of agrarian capitalism is presented.
