The use of hyaluronans to treat the infraorbital hollows is a rewarding procedure for both physician and patient. Best practice requires an excellent knowledge of the regional anatomy and careful technique. Precise injection at proper levels is likely to produce optimal results and avoid serious complications. © 2007 by the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, Inc.
