摘要
Microalloyed forging steels with medium carbon content were hot deformed followed by direct cooling in two steps ("slow-fast-cooling") and additional annealing at relatively low temperatures. The development of the complex ferrite-bainite/martensite microstructure during the cooling and annealing treatment was systematically investigated and correlated with mechanical properties. By applying this processing properties comparable with those of quenched and tempered Cr-alloyed steels can be obtained.
