摘要
Interfacial strength and structure of stainless steel-semi-solid aluminum alloy clad metal are studied by means of the experimental and analytical methods. Using semi-solid joining technique, the bonding of stainless steel and semi-solid aluminum alloy is successfully realized. The relationship between interfacial shear strength with solid fraction of aluminum alloy is established. The interfacial structure of the bonding clad plate is studied by means of OM and SEM. It is shown that the best solid fraction of aluminum alloy is 30% and the maximum interfacial shear strength is 106.17 MPa. Solid phase and liquid phase are bonded with stainless steel by turns along the bonding interface, because of different diffusion ability of solid and liquid phase of aluminum alloy. There is a compound fracture combined plastic fracture and brittle fracture, and a new type of non-equilibrium diffusion interfacial structure is constructed in the interface.
