摘要
The core ideology of the harmonious management is as follows: Through mobilizing and utilizing the enthusiasm and the activeness of every sub-system, the main goal of the system which is to create the chances, the conditions and a kind of environment which can accelerate every sub-system to release the energy and to develop cooperatively and the whole aim of the system can be realized by the development and the cooperation of every system. So in the organization of the commerce chain, the functions of the leader in the commerce chain can't be invisible. The necessity qualifications of the leader-are to catch hold of the opportunity, to be possession of the kernel resources, to have good enterprise culture and to have advantages in the knowledge. The five functions of the leadership are decision-making, innovation, organization, monitor and contact for the customers. Also the chain reaction aroused by the shortage and the chain reaction aroused by the false demand are explained, and the adopted measures to make the system to access the harmony are introduced. The measures include enhancing the statues of the leadership, simplifying the commerce chain, setting up the kernel commerce chain, improving the elasticity of the chain and sharing the information of the stock, the planning and the demands of the customers in the whole commerce chain etc.
