Spinalgia belongs to the most often presented complaints by the patients attending outpatients clinics of different specialties: Orthopedic, rheumatologic, neutologic, of rehabilitation and not uncommonly even larynogologiocal and opthalmological. The pathologic changes, which develop in the spinal tissues as a result of the strain, cause complaints of local and distantly localized pains, what is resulting from the irritation of the spinal nerves roots, vessels and other tissues adjacent to the vertebral column. As the consequence of the pathological changes in the cervical section of the spine, apart from the pains of the vertebral column may occur dysasthesias, parasthesiae of different localization, weakness of muscle groups, pains, dizziness, sometimes with nausea of even vomiting, disturbances of the function of the upper limbs, periodic disturbances of the vision, of the audition and others, The treatment usually lasts for a long time, the complaints return after a break, often more intense than previously. The pharmaceutics used for a long time, gradually produce a smaller effect. The increase in its doses during a long treatment not seldom produces a very small effect and sometimes leads to the damage of other organs, particularly of parenchymtous organs. In very resistant to the conservative treatment causes, with a high degree of the progression of the disease, there is used surgical treatment, which not in all cases leads to the disappearance of significant soothing of the complaints. Therefore, all the time the search for new, more effective methods of therapy is actual. In the last years a growing interest is seen in the electromagnetic field therapy. Already in ancient times it was thought, that the magnetic forces possess curative properties. In the year 1865 James Maxwell received a patent for the therapeutic utilization of the impulsing magnetic field. But only the development of the technique in the last years allowed the construction of the devices used for the generation of high effective pulsating magnetic fields to be accomplished.
