摘要
Economic development has always been the top priority for the development of human society. However, the traditional economic development methods have led to a sharp reduction in the stock of resources and triggered a series of ecological and environmental problems, which affects social development and the progress of human civilization. Ganzi Prefecture in Sichuan is one of the main economic development entities in Sichuan Province, and its economy has developed rapidly. However, in the long run, the rapid development of the economy is accompanied by the continuous deterioration of the resources and environment, and the ecological environment will affect the social development. In this study, we use the environmental Kuznets curve to make an empirical analysis of the relationship between economic growth and environmental pollution in Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan. The results show that the EKC curve of industrial wastewater discharge volume presents a classic inverted "U" shape. The inflection point of the curve appeared in 2007. The EKC curve of industrial waste gas emissions and industrial solid waste generation has a positive linear correlation. Industrial pollutant discharge is an important factor that affects the coordinated development of ecological environment and economic coupling. It is of reference significance to promote the realization of a resource -saving and environment friendly society in Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan.
